Why Divas Care
A small range, properly explained
Genuine products
Everything we list is a genuine Vissco product in its original packaging. We are an independent retailer, not the manufacturer.
Sizes made clear
Each product page lists the sizes it comes in. Tell us your size at checkout and we will check with you if anything looks off.
One price, free delivery
The price on the product page is the price you pay. Delivery is free in both regions and there are no card fees to add.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page lists the sizes it comes in. Add the size you want to the notes box at checkout and we pack that one. If you are between sizes or unsure, say so in the notes and we will get in touch before the parcel goes out.
How does cash on delivery work in India?
Set your region to India, place the order and pay the delivery agent in cash when the parcel arrives. There is nothing to pay in advance and delivery is free.
How do I pay from Europe?
Set your region to Europe and place the order. We email our bank details with your order number as the reference, and the parcel ships once the transfer arrives.
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery is free on every order in both regions, with no minimum basket.
Can I return something?
You have 14 days to tell us you want to return an item. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and you cover the cost of sending it back. Once it reaches us we refund what you paid for it.
Are these genuine Vissco products?
