Returns & refunds
Unopened, sealed vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Change of mind
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Vials must be unopened, with the seal and label intact. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including any shipping cost.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once we receive and check the return. Europe orders are refunded by bank transfer to the account you paid from. India orders paid by cash on delivery are refunded by bank transfer or UPI to an account you nominate.
Opened vials
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened vials unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
