What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, plus the products you ordered. We use them only to process, deliver and support your order.

How it reaches us

Your order is sent to our inbox through Web3Forms, an email form service. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else except the courier delivering your parcel.

Cookies and storage

We use the Google tag from Google Ads, which sets cookies to measure visits and which ads lead to orders. When you place an order, the order number and total (never your name or address) are sent to Google for this purpose. Your cart and chosen region are saved in your browser's local storage so they survive a page reload; you can clear them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Shoppers in the European Union have these rights under the GDPR. Contact us using the details on our contact page.

Retention

We keep order records only as long as needed for delivery, returns, and our accounting obligations.
